1. This is a full set shell with buttons for ps4 Slim & PRO controller. Please check the second picture of the listing. If your model number starts with CUH-ZCT2, then fits. Or simply, if the light bar is on the edge of the touchpad, then fits.
2. The controller is not included.
3. If you find that your Share & Options buttons are part of the ps4 CUH-ZCT2 controller as the third picture, but you still want to replace these two buttons, you need to make some adjustments to your controller. This requires strong hands-on ability, please refer to our installation video guide and we do not guarantee this operation.
4. Required customers to take apart the ps4 controller to replace your shell and buttons; Required customers handy with controller installation.
