This shell (and clicky kits and Gulikit joysticks) took me 8 hours to install it. It's very manageable and the video tutorial is easy to follow until removing the screen. It's very delicate and it took majority of the time in there to avoid damaging it. Just don't start to remove the screen at the right side since the electronics are near there.
Delivery is fair, took one week on my country and package is very secured.
Will I do this again on my future Steam Decks? Maybe not. It's all fun and games until you reach the screen part. :D

Do NOT purchase this if you're even the slightest bit unsure of your ability to perform the shell swap. Please go watch the how-to video and really think on it.
That being said, if you're confident in your ability and have an hour or so -> I %100 recommend this case. I've been buying from extremerate for years and am always satisfied with the quality of their products (especially for the price). My steam deck is now just as fun to look at as it is to play. Keep up the good work!
The first unit came with marks on the plastic because the postal office applied force on the package, but after I sent photos showing the marks, they sent a new unit that came perfect.
