Q: Can't enter setup mode, light doesn't come on.
A: Please replace the original L1R1 and L2R2 cables with the FPC cables we provide.
Q: When mapping a square key, it moves to the left every time it is pressed, as if the left pad is also activated every time the square key is pressed, and conversely, the square key is also activated when the left pad is pressed.
A: Please connect your controller to your PC and enter the link: www.html5gamepad.com to check if there is any button being activated automatically.
Then, please check if the main FPC cable is installed oppositely.
Q: All keys are useful, and the lights on the back keys are also on, but they cannot be copied.
A: Please connect your controller to PS5 via USB cable, then press the K1+Setting button for 5s to self-check. When pressing and holding the set button for 5s to enter the setting mode, if there is a problem with the installation, the indicator will make the following indication:
1. If the light flashes three times fast, then you will not be able to enter the setting mode, and indicates that there is a face button that is long pressed, or there is a problem with the installation.
2. If the light does not do anything, then you will not be able to enter the setting mode, and indicates that there is a K button that is long pressed, or there is a problem with the installation.
Q: The controller is a BDM-010 model, the controller is closed when the L1L2 and R1R2 cables are connected.
A: Please insert L1L2 and R1R2 individually to check if the controller will turn on.
Q: Touchpad doesn't work after installation?
A: Please check if the ribbon for the touchpad is being ripped.
Q: Press the square key or the triangle key, both keys will be copied.
A: Please connect your controller to your PC and enter the link: www.html5gamepad.com to check if these two buttons are being activated.
Q: Mapping back keys don't work?
A: Please check if you have exited the setting mode after mapping the paddles.
The back paddles will work only after out of the settings mode.
Q: The O key itself functions normally, but it cannot be copied to the back key, and other keys can be copied normally
A: Please connect your controller to your PC and enter the link: www.html5gamepad.com to check if the back button of the O button works well.
If the back button still doesn't work, please connect your controller to PS5 via USB cable, then press K1+Set buttons for 5s to self-check.
Q: When just connecting to USB-C for charging, the PS5 did not display the charging screen and the battery power of the handle did not increase.
A: Please replace with the original L1L2/R1R2 cable to check if the controller still no longer charges.
Q: The back button is only useful in the main menu interface, not in the game interface
A: Please double-check if you used the wrong screws to install the circuit board on the back of the controller. If you used the wrong screws, these were causing the buttons to stay pressed and wouldn’t register in-game.
Q: After installing our product, the joystick appears to drift obviously (the screen will move by itself)
A: Please try to replace each cable of our product with the original cable to test and find out the faulty cable.
Q: I bought the rise 2.0 kit; can I just upgrade the buttons and PCB to make it into a 4.0.
A: Please order TURN RISE TO RISE4 KIT to upgrade your controller from 2 back buttons to 4 back buttons.
