2. It is recommended to clean with a wipe with water. If alcohol is used, clean it with a wipe dampened with less than 70% alcohol and place it in a ventilated place to dry in time. Do not spray water or alcohol directly on the product surface. Do not use any other organic solvents for cleaning.

Just like many people before me, the gripping pad (left one to be exact) of my Dualsense Edge controller started to come apart from the top, I was investigating various options such as buying a whole controller wrap / skin / adhesive grip, which was something I dislike to start with and then I cam across this product. I watched a couple of reviews and tutorials and ordered it.
The prying tool did its job but since all of the tutorials are performed by people who have done this many times before I had to fiddle with it at first and thought that I'd definitely break the controller, however I was able to get the bottom part detached fairly easily after learning how to use the prying tool. The new part attached easily again, you do not have to exchange the small latching part for the release of the top portion if you don't want to, it will be visible black unlike the transparent one under the top portion, I did and the outcome is perfect, the spring attachment is somewhat fidgety but can be done with a delicate hand.
I had read before that if you use the back paddles, they can get in contact with the bottom shelf but since ı do not use paddles but the other smaller thingies (it's not a paddle) as back buttons, I did not encounter such a problem.
All in all I am very pleased with the outcome and would definitely recommend this product to anyone who is experiencing problems with the gripping pads of the Dualsense Edge.
My grip was starting to come loose a bit so I decided to order a replacement kit from extremerate, the package (from china) arrived after a week. Very fast shipping to Belgium.
The product itself is perfect. Quality is very nice and fits like a glove. Will definitely purchase again!
