Q: Would this work with a rechargeable battery pack I use for the controller that I plug in every night?
A: You can use the rechargeable battery pack to charge the DTF kit, but the battery power may be ran out soon. When using the rechargeable battery pack, it is recommended that you use the CSP power supply method.

Q: Will this work with the xbox elite series 1 controller?
A: Sorry, this only fits for Xbox One Standard, One S, One X controller (model 1537/1697/1708) ; Not compatible with Xbox One Elite series 1 controller.

Q: How do you switch the modes (slow blink, fast blink, single color) of the lights?
A: Please find the tutorial on Youtube by searching "YuoarkBQDI0" to set the LED
lights.

Q: Every time my controller vibrates the lights turn off. How do I fix this?
A: This may be because your controller does not have enough power, please replace the batteries with new ones, or fully charge the batteries and try it again.

Q: Light won’t switch they just stay red?
A: Please check whether the position of the FPC motherboard is aligned, then check if the function of the View and Menu buttons are normal.

Q: So with this kit you can cycle through the colors? Or are you limited to one?
A: Hi, this kit can only select one LED light mode/color and cannot cycle through multiple colors.

Q: Will this work with the remap kit?
A: Yes, but please note that you need to install Xbox DTF Led Kit before installing the Lofty Remap Kit.

Q: Why is it normal for the first few days after installation, the LED lights dim after a week, and are completely off after a few days? Replacing a new battery didn't help.
A: Please re-install the F-shaped power cable to prevent it from being loose and unable to work.
