Everything was great except for a few things…

First of all I love that I found your website and was able to customize my controller how I wanted, my only issues were the shell and the trigger buttons, removing the piece out the old triggers to put in the new ones were a PAIN, and the shell wouldn’t snap back into place once I was finished causing some of the pieces on the shell to break off so I had to put the back part of the old shell on. Overall I’m still satisfied with my purchase I just wish I could replace my shell if possible

Quality replacement

PS5 Dual Sense Edge factory grips peeled off relatively quickly. Replaced the whole outer shell with a kit with very easy to follow video instructions. One piece arrived with broken tabs. Customer service overnighted a replacement free of charge. Highly recommend this brand.
