Q: The square button works normally, and the remap is successful when remap, however, the K2 has no function.
A: Please connect your controller to your PC and enter the link: www.html5gamepad.com to check if there is any button that is long pressed.
Q: The left trigger and bumper don't work, can't duplicate the X and O keys, checked the connection of the main cable and there is no problem.
A: Please replace it with the original L1L2 cable to check if the X/O buttons can be remapped.
Q: Model 020, all keys work fine after installation, only R1 is useless and cannot be copied.
A: Please replace it with the original R1R2 cable to check if the R1 button is back to work.
Q: The client wanted to attach metal paddles to the quad back keys.
A: The metal paddles could work with RISE4 PCB and K3K4 buttons, But the click sounds are different and we usually don’t suggest customers do that.
Q: The handle connected to the L1L2 cable cannot be turned on, and it is normal to replace the original L1L2 cable
A: Please double-check your controller BDM number and if the L1L2 cable is folded correctly.
Q: The kit cannot be turned on, and the button cannot be copied
A: Please check if the cables are cut off correctly for your controller first. Then please replace it with the original main cable to check if the controller will turn on.
Q: Is there a way to reset mapping?
A: You can cancel all the K buttons already set by pressing "Up+Left+Triangle+O+L1+R1" for 5s, then remap the button again.
Q: Can this be installed back buttons and hair triggers as well?
A: Yes, you can install the rise4 remap kit with the hair triggers clicky kit on the same controller.
Q: With the back buttons in place, does the controller still fit into an official PS5 charging dock?
A: No, this kit doesn't fit on an official PS5 charging dock.
